Virginia Brailey Vice President, Marketing and Communications

In her role as Vice President, Marketing and Communications Virginia is responsible for contributing to the growth and direction of the company through short and long term strategic planning, product roadmap development and portfolio management, marketing and communication activities.

Virginia has extensive experience in marketing, media and public relations and corporate communications. Prior to joining Cogeco Data Services, Virginia was Director, Marketing Communications at Telecom Ottawa where she developed and led a team that delivered strategic marketing and communications programs - successfully driving revenue and building the Company brand.

Virginia has held numerous senior level positions with publicly-trade, government-owned, regulated and venture capital organizations including Telecom Ottawa, CompanyDNA, Noranda Forest (now Nexfor), Noranda, Hydro One Networks and Queen's Park.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, and certificates from Queen's University, Ryerson and the Canadian Securities Commission.
