Erin O'Flynn Director, Human Resources

Erin is responsible for the management of employment services, labour relations, health and safety, compensation, pension administration, training and talent management.

Erin has extensive human resources experience in both public and private sector industries. Most recently, she was the human resources representative responsible for Public Health and Paramedic Services in Niagara Region. She sat as a member of the strategic management team and was involved with four bargaining units and one non-union group.

With a focus on strategic development of the HR function, Erin is focused on establishing new initiatives for employee development and is positioning the company as an Employer of Choice for all employees.

Erin also has a Master's in International Relations from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Labour Relations from Brock University.
