Jeff Edward Vice President, Operations

Jeff is responsible for overseeing all areas of operations at Cogeco Data Services including network and data centre strategy and planning, construction, monitoring and maintenance, customer care and technical support.

Jeff brings over 15 years of experience managing operations in the wireless, telecom and data networking industries. Prior to joining Cogeco Data Services Jeff served as Vice President, Operations and Engineering at Terago Networks where he was responsible for the strategic management and supervision of daily operations. Jeff has also held senior positions with American Express, Group Telecom and Telesystem International Wireless.

Jeff has proven leadership skills in the establishment of strategy and new business development and has led customer focused initiatives and process building.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies, with a focus on Environmental Business Management from the University of Waterloo.
