Christie Lites is a stage lighting business that supplies equipment and services to six different market segments including theatre, concert, trade show, TV & film, industrial and special events.

Christie Lites' consistent growth over the past 24 years has resulted in the establishment of 10 separate locations across North America. The company has become an industry leader, operating a multi-office network of stage lighting shops. With standardization being one of its principle strategies, customers can expect the same technical support and product offering in each location.

Christie Lites places great importance on fostering the development of its full-time staff of 250, including field technicians, rental reps, operations managers and warehouse staff, through specialized programs and an advanced network that unites them.

Business Challenge

Christie Lites experienced disruptions to its business due to repeated server downtime and data circuit instability. The company determined that in order to improve reliability and to protect its critical business and customer data, its hardware and network systems needed to be located in a facility with adequate space, enhanced security features and more sophisticated back-up power support.
